Strengthening the Intellectual Property, Data & Technology Practice
Felicisimo F. Agas III joins the partnership in the Intellectual Property, Data and Technology Practice Group. With over a decade of experience, he advises on intellectual property and IT matters across transactional, litigation and policy advocacy work. His work includes trademark, copyright, and patent portfolio management and enforcement, TMT-focused IP litigation, data privacy and cybersecurity compliance, and emerging issues involving copyright and artificial intelligence. A key member of the Firm’s TMT industry group, he also has vast experience in telecommunications, data transmission, and data center-related compliance and regulatory work.
He has been consistently recognized by IAM Patent 1000 and World Trademark Review (WTR) 1000 as a leading practitioner, and has been named a Rising Star by Managing IP for several years.
Expanding Corporate and Transactional Capabilities
Alexandra Castro-Samson is a new partner in the Corporate and Transactional Practice Group with 12 years of experience advising clients on market entry, projects, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, divestments, securities regulation, and commercial contracts. She is a key member of the Firm’s Energy, Infrastructure, and TMT industry groups, and her cross-sector experience strengthens the Firm’s ability to support clients in the areas of renewable energy, construction and infrastructure, and technology.
Alexandra was recognized in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2026 as a key practitioner under projects and energy.
Gaston Franco Perez de Tagle is also promoted to partner in the Corporate and Transactional Practice Group. With more than 10 years of experience, his practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and day-to-day corporate advisory work. He advises multinational clients across industries such as technology, energy, and infrastructure, and technology, and is a key member of the Firm’s Energy, Infrastructure, and TMT industry groups. Before entering private practice, he was a client service manager at a multinational technology company, bringing strong commercial insight to his work.
Gaston was also recognized in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2026 as a key practitioner under projects and energy.
