Manila, 11 October 2021 - The Women Inter-Industry Network (WIN), in collaboration with Quisumbing Torres (QT), Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) - Makati Chapter, and Manulife organized an event entitled: Explaining Mansplaining, held virtually last 29 September 2021.

The initiative, which drew nearly 300 participants, provided a forum for a thought-provoking discussion to understand and consider ways to reduce the occurrence of mansplaining, enable women empowerment, and create a positive impact in the workplace by bringing women's voice and perspective into leadership and business decisions.

Keynote and panel speakers included Reggie Pulumbarit (3M Service Center APAC), Kay Mañebo (Wells Fargo International), KitKat Mijares (MBPS), Jairus Jugan (MBPS), Carlo Tenedoro, (MBPS), Novid Jafari (PayPal), Cyndie Soto (international Financial Services Firm) and Kent Tangcalagan (DAI).
