The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has issued the "2026 Annual Report Advisory," requiring all registered foreign nationals in the Philippines to complete their annual report between 1 January and 1 March 2026.
Recommended actions
- Prepare all required documents, including online registration, a paper-based Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or valid ACR I-Card, a valid passport, and the previous year's official receipt.
- Complete the annual report in person at designated BI offices or through the virtual reporting platform.
- Pay the annual report fee before any planned departure from the Philippines to avoid delays in securing an Emigration Clearance Certificate-B (ECC-B).

Pursuant to Section 10 of Republic Act No. 562 (Alien Registration Act of 1950), all registered aliens are required to report in person to the BI within the first 60 days of 2026 (1 January to 1 March).
Key requirements include:
- Online registration via https://e-services.immigration.gov.ph
- Presentation of the original valid ACR I-Card or paper-based ACR
- Presentation of the original valid passport (with special affidavits required for expired or missing passports)
- Official receipt for the previous year's annual report fee
The main reporting venue is at the Center Atrium, third level, Robinson's Place Manila, open weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm (excluding holidays). A virtual reporting option is available 24/7 for eligible foreign nationals with valid visas, with payments accepted via Maya, GCash, credit cards and Landbank.
All departing registered foreign nationals must pay the annual report fee before being issued an ECC-B. Failure to comply may result in administrative fines, prosecution or imprisonment as provided by law.
